Our customers are redefining the patient experience, and Cerbo OptiMantra exists to give them the technology foundation to grow, scale, and deliver better care.What You’ll DoAs Senior Product Marketing and Content Manager, you will build and execute an AI-first approach to product marketing, SEO/GEO, and content-driven growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who can create high-impact content, support sales with strong competitive positioning, manage resources, and build AI- powered workflows that improve insights, speed, and performance across marketing.Primary ResponsibilitiesAI-Driven Content and Product Marketing StrategyBuild workflows to analyze sales calls, CRM data, and win/loss insightsTranslate insights into messaging, positioning, and website updatesDevelop and maintain competitive battlecards and objection-handling frameworksContinuously refine ICP segmentation across key practice typesSEO & GEO ExecutionOwn keyword strategy aligned to high-intent segmentsExecute SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategiesIdentify content gaps and ranking opportunities using AI-supported researchOptimize content performance based on data and search trendsContent DevelopmentWrite and produce blog content: Thought leadership, Whitepapers, ListiclesProduct and customer education materialsCreate high-performing email content, including nurture sequences, sales emails, and promotional campaignsBuild scalable workflows for content production and repurposingRun A/B tests across:Educational vs. conversion-focused contento Messaging angles and toneo Formats including blogs, video, and infographicsSales Enablement & Campaign SupportCreate segment-specific nurturing, sales cadences and messagingUpdate sales decks, one-pagers, and supporting materialsAlign website and sales messaging for consistencySupport product launches and GTM initiativesRequired Skills & Qualifications 5 to 8 years in Product Marketing, Content Marketing, or Growth Marketing in SaaSStrong writing and storytelling skills with experience in blogging and long-form contentExperience managing website content in a CMSHands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platform)Experience creating and managing multi-channel content (written, video, social, visual)Experience with SEO and keyword strategy executionFamiliarity with AI tools for content, research, or analysisExcitement to use AI to build and scale messaging across the sales funnel and customer marketingExperience building sales enablement materialsAbility to operate independently in a fast-moving, lean environmentNice to have:Healthcare technology, EHR, or vertical SaaS experienceExperience working with segmented ICPs or multi-product brandsWhy Join UsHigh ownership and direct impact on growthOpportunity to build scalable marketing systems from the ground upWork at the intersection of AI, content, and product marketingHelp modernize and support independent healthcare practicesCompensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experiencePaid Time Off and company holidaysComprehensive health, dental and vision benefitsShort-term and long-term disability Insurance401k plan with matching company contributionReal ownership and impact in a fast-growing health tech companyLocation: 100% RemoteWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
