This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career attorney who wants hands-on ownership of cases, direct client interaction, and meaningful involvement in strategy and settlement negotiations.ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or escalation to litigationEvaluate liability, damages, medical treatment, and insurance coverage to guide case strategyCommunicate regularly with clients, providing updates, guidance, and managing expectations throughout the case lifecycleReview and approve demand packages and supporting documentationNegotiate bodily injury claims directly with insurance adjusters to drive favorable outcomesMonitor case progression, identify stalled files, and implement action plans to move cases forwardCollaborate with case managers, legal assistants, and internal teams to ensure efficient file handlingConduct routine file audits and escalate cases requiring litigation review when appropriateParticipate in team meetings, case reviews, and contribute to a high-performance, client-focused environmentRequirements & QualificationsActive membership in the California State Bar in good standing1 to 3 years of personal injury experience, plaintiff-side strongly preferredStrong negotiation skills and ability to manage insurance adjuster interactionsExcellent client communication skills with a professional and empathetic approachAbility to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailSound legal judgment with the ability to evaluate case value and strategyExperience with case management systems such as Litify, Filevine, or similar is a plusBenefitsCompetitive compensation with performance-based bonus opportunitiesEmployer-paid health benefits401(k) with employer matchPaid time off, sick time, and holidaysSupportive, team-oriented work environmentOngoing training and professional developmentClear path for career growth and advancementJOB ID: 175209 #postCasey CongerTo Apply for this Job Click Here, $120,000 - $155,000,
