RBT/ BHP at ABA center-up to $22/hr with $650

This is an exciting full (preferred) or part time opportunity to work at our state of the art ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) center in Bangor, ME. We prefer candidates that have their BHP, but will provide training if needed pay is up to $22/hr, with a retention bonus of $600 $650 incentive pay to take your RBT training prior to orientation. This is required in order to start with us. We are seeking patient and dedicated RBTs/BHPs to partner with our Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBAs) to work with clients with developmental disabilities, aged 2-6 years old, in our new center. This is a clinical skill building & behavior modification program for children with disabilities using evidence-based practices of Applied Behavioral Analysis to improve social skills, communication, increase independence with daily living skills and to safely regulate behavior. Our BCBA's partner with RBTs/ BHPs to teach and support them in learning the skills to make sure our clients and their families are successful.
