Process Engineer

Title: Process Engineer Shift: Monday to Friday 8-5 Pay: $52/hr Location: Fort Mill South Carolina Automation Engineer Seeking an Automation Engineer to develop and implement automation solutions in a manufacturing environment to improve safety, quality, productivity, and process efficiency. *Key Responsibilities:* * Design, program, integrate, and troubleshoot automated systems, robotics, PLCs, and controls. * Lead automation projects from concept through commissioning. * Identify opportunities to automate manual and repetitive processes. * Perform root-cause analysis and process optimization. * Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and IT teams. * Provide technical guidance and training to plant teams. *Must-Haves:* * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation Engineering, or related field. * *3+ years of manufacturing/industrial automation experience.* * Experience with *PLC programming, robotics, SCADA, and industrial controls*. * Knowledge of *Rockwell or Siemens* automation systems. * Experience with *Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Root Cause Analysis*. * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills. * Willingness to travel *40–50%*.
