This is a contract opportunity supporting warehouse and logistics operations within a manufacturing environment.Tekberry offers a $100 payment for referrals!Position SummaryThe Warehouse Worker plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate handling, movement, and tracking of materials. This position requires strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload trucks and materials in a safe and efficient mannerPick, pack, label, and stage products for shipmentMaintain accurate inventory counts and ensure proper material trackingWrap and prepare finished goods for distributionOperate forklifts and other material handling equipmentComplete required documentation accurately and in a timely mannerCommunicate effectively with team members and shift leadsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentFollow all SOPs and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) guidelinesEnsure quality standards are met (no damaged product shipped or received)QualificationsRequired:Minimum 2 years of warehouse experienceExperience operating a sit-down forkliftStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentGood communication skillsPreferred:Experience in manufacturing or production environmentsFamiliarity with inventory tracking or warehouse systemsExperience working with shipping and receiving processesWork EnvironmentWarehouse and manufacturing settingRequires standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shiftMust wear steel-toed shoes (reimbursement up to $125 available)Exposure to standard warehouse conditionsWe need hard-working, reliable employees.
