As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will engage with customers and business owners daily, provide clear solutions for wireless, internet, and services that help with sales support, account activations, upgrades, and billing assistance. Responsibilities of a Customer Service & Sales Representative
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will work with customers and business owners to provide information on AT&T wireless, internet, and service plans
Assist customers with account activations, billing inquiries, payment processing, and service changes
The Customer Service & Sales Representative will guide customers through sales upgrades, product options, and promotional packages
Deliver a top-quality customer service experience by listening carefully and recommending the best solutions as a Customer Service & Sales Representative
Support sales goals by introducing current promotions, bundling options, and additional AT&T services
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer accounts, sales activity, and service updates
Represent the AT&T brand with professionalism, product knowledge, and strong customer service
Collaborate with fellow Customer Service & Sales Representatives to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service performance targets
What We’re Looking For in a Customer Service & Sales Representative
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Interest in sales, telecommunications, business, and account management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven customer service and sales environment
Reliable team player who can handle multiple customer service tasks and account responsibilities
Previous customer service, sales, or retail experience is helpful but not required
Goal-oriented and motivated individuals eager to build a career with AT&T in telecommunications and sales
Positive, professional attitude with a focus on providing excellent customer service every day

Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
