Come, stay, and grow with us.What Drives SuccessUnder general supervision, assists with setting up, checking, and correcting operational and experimental electrical machinery, circuitry, and equipment.Repairs and maintains sophisticated electrical/electronic equipment or systems.Interprets electrical diagrams to understand operation of equipment. Sets up and operates test equipment to evaluate performance of parts and assemblies, and record results.Works under a pre-established guidelines and engineering specifications.What We Are Looking ForRequires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Requires at least 2 years related experience.Strong oral and written communications skills.Understanding of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment. Knowledge of tools, technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.What We Offer Compensation : This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $54,000 - $71,400 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.Employees in this role are also eligible for abonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
