This role is well suited to someone who enjoys turning operational needs into effective technical solutions and partnering with stakeholders to build automations that support real-world outcomes across the business.ResponsibilitiesBuild and support unattended bots to improve process efficiency and reliabilityMonitor bot performance, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize automation stabilityDesign, develop, and maintain UiPath automations for business-critical workflowsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automationsIntegrate RPA solutions with APIs, SharePoint, and internal enterprise applicationsSalary: 105,000 - 140,000RequirementsRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience as a software developer3+ years of experience in RPA development, including building or supporting unattended botsHands-on experience with UiPathExperience working with process owners and gathering requirements from business usersUS citizenshipPreferred QualificationsExperience with UiPath OrchestratorExperience with SharePointExperience with C#Experience integrating automations with APIs
