Project Manager
As an E&I Project Manager for a construction project, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including engineering, quality control, cost management, logistics, budgeting, and reporting. Your leadership will ensure the successful execution of the project from inception through to completion.
Qualifications:
All applicants must demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience managing E&I construction projects, including start-up, execution, and close-out phases. Candidates should also meet the following criteria:
- Strong technical background in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I).
- Expertise in Health, Safety, and Environmental systems and procedures.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong leadership and character, with the ability to be firm but fair in decision-making.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in SureTrak, Primavera, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to identify, compile, and manage change orders on projects.
- Competence in planning and scheduling work activities, including identifying task predecessors.
- Strong skills in tracking project performance and managing costs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks on projects.
- A self-motivated and proactive management style, with a focus on achieving project success.
This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual who can effectively manage project scope, ensure quality standards, and maintain a focus on safety and client satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
