Guestroom Attendant (Non-Union) - Job Description

Position Summary:The Guestroom Attendant (Non-Union) is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities:Clean and service assigned guest rooms in accordance with company standards Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, mirrors, and floors Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and empty trash receptacles Restock guestroom supplies and report any missing items Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors Follow safety, sanitation, and company procedures at all times Maintain productivity and quality standards for room completion Provide excellent guest service when interacting with guests Complete daily housekeeping reports and assignments Requirements:Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily quotas Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and push carts for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs Strong attention to detail and reliability Good communication and teamwork skills Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules Work Environment:Non-union position Hotel or hospitality environment Physically active role with frequent walking, bending, and lifting May work independently or as part of a housekeeping team Schedule:Full-time or part-time Day shifts typically between 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Weekends and holidays may be required
