Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00) Description: CNA LTC **HOURLY RATE *** Ratios: 1:15-22 Years of Experience: 1 First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: As needed Certs REQ: BLS Open to accommodating block scheduling?: No Locals Accepted?: No; What is the local radius rule?: 75 miles Pending License Accepted: SC State CNA REQ. Yes, has to get it before starting RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included on the initial submission. RTO requested after the fact will not be considered. Guaranteed Hours: Based on signed contract hours Special Requirements: Must be comfortable with high patient ratio and must have LTC experience. *SRHS does have an attendance policy for travelers. If more than two shifts per 13-week contract are missed without reasonable explanation subject to SRHS discretion, contract will be reviewed for cancellation.*
