Customer Service Representative (Bilingual English/Spanish Required)
Customer Service RepresentativeWe are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our Florida operations. This position requires a professional who understands that customers are the priority and is committed to delivering the highest level of service at all times.
Customer service is the primary responsibility of this role. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling high volumes of communication, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects professionalism, urgency, and accuracy. We expect a consistent focus on providing the best customer service experience.
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, professional customer service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups with urgency, accuracy, and accountability
Ensure every interaction provides a positive and consistent customer experience
Process payments and support cash handling responsibilities with accountability
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and system updates
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer needs
Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances when applicable
Identify issues proactively and resolve them independently
Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish
Cash Handling and Administrative Support:
Manage daily payment processing, including cash, card, and other transactions
Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of payments
Maintain organized records of transactions and customer interactions
Support administrative tasks related to customer accounts and operations
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):
Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience handling payments, collections, or cash transactions
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and handle high-volume workload
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Must have no restrictions on work schedule
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in logistics, transportation, or similar operations environment
Experience working with customer accounts, billing, or collections
Experience using CRM or customer management systems
