We build an AI-native stability suite designed to completely collapse Abnormality Latency—the expensive, hidden time gap between sensing a shop-floor deviation and root-causing it.We are looking for a visionary UI/UX Design & Product Strategy Intern to report directly to our CTO and help us bridge the gap between user psychology and flawless engineering execution.🧠 The Mission: Transforming Friction into Subconscious HabitWe believe that world-class industrial software isn't just about clean aesthetics; it’s about intentional behavioral transformation. Our primary competition isn’t other tech products—it is the status quo bias of deeply entrenched manual habits.In this role, you will leverage core principles of behavioral psychology and habit-loop mechanics (Cue, Routine, Reward) to replace legacy, analog rituals with frictionless digital workflows that seamlessly compile into production code.🛠️ What You Will Do (Behavioral & Engineering Workstreams):Architect the Digital Habit Loop (Kira Core): Design high-fidelity, touch-friendly metric cards (SQDIP) and real-time Latency Clocks inside Figma that serve as unmistakable operational triggers (cues) to drive immediate logging action without inducing alert fatigue.Re-engineer Legacy Rituals (Kira Flow & Resolve): Digitize the physical layout of dry-erase team huddle boards into an interactive Next.js interface. Wireframe conversational workflows for our "Sensei-in-a-Box" agentic AI layer that rewards operators with rapid, stress-free problem resolution.Engineering Alignment & Sprint Governance: Partner directly with the CTO to ensure Figma tokens, variables, and components translate losslessly into Next.js/TypeScript code.
