Part-Time Bilingual Physical Education (PE) Teacher – French/English

We work together to support the wellbeing and success of every student.Job DescriptionThe Physical Education Teacher supports students in developing motor skills, physical abilities, teamwork, confidence, and healthy habits through engaging activities delivered in both French and English.Duties Plan and lead age appropriate physical education lessons and activities for students from Toddler through 5th grade Create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment Support students in developing coordination, teamwork, sportsmanship, and physical skills Adapt activities to meet students' developmental needs and abilities Collaborate with teachers and staff on school projects and events Maintain productive communication with families when needed Follow school safety procedures and expectationsThe responsibilities listed above are not intended to be exhaustive and may be adjusted or expanded based on the needs of the school.Qualifications Degree in Physical Education, Education, or equivalent experience preferred Experience working with children in a school setting Strong organizational and communication skills Creativity, flexibility, and enthusiasm for working with children Ability to teach and communicate effectively in both French and EnglishBenefits Designated paid time off during the school year Paid sick days Professional development opportunities 401(k)We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
