Product Owner x3- Supply Chain Finance

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Product Owner to join their team. As a Product Owner, you will be part of the Commercial Banking Supply Chain Finance team supporting various product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Product Owner  Location: Irving, TX & Charlotte, NC - hybrid  Pay Range: What's the Job? Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the next-generation SCF platform. Lead cross-functional Agile squads to develop end-to-end supply chain finance solutions. Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on market feedback and business priorities. Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clear and delivery aligns with goals. Ensure the platform adheres to all regulatory and compliance standards, including AML/KYC and Basel requirements. What's Needed? 7+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within a Commercial Banking environment. Deep understanding of enterprise platforms, API architecture, and cloud modernization. Proven ability to lead multiple Scrum teams in regulated, high-velocity environments. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in financial services. Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical and strategic information to diverse audiences. What's in it for me?
