Opportunity Name: Records and Information Management Specialist Staffing SupportAgency: Fort Pierce Utilities Authority (FPUA)Local travel to other FPUA locationsLocation: Fort Pierce, FL 34947Description / Scope of Services·         Provide qualified candidate(s) for Records and InformationManagement Specialist role·         Support transition from paper-based to electronic recordsmanagement system·         Implement and manage records lifecycle (collection,classification, retention, disposal)·         Ensure compliance with Florida public records laws (F.S.119) and GS1-SL retention schedule·         Develop electronic document management systems andclassification frameworks·         Coordinate with internal departments for recordsdigitization and compliance·         Provide training, policy development, and processstandardization·         Maintain data confidentiality, security, and regulatorycompliance·         Act as Retention Management Liaison Officer (RMLO) andsubmit compliance reportsMandatory Criteria (if any)·         Bachelor’s degree (Business Admin, Public Admin, orrelated) – preferred·         2–3 years relevant experience·         Strong knowledge of records management systems (traditional+ electronic)·         Experience in digital transformation (paper to electronicrecords)·         Knowledge of public-sector compliance laws(Florida-specific)·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint·         CRM certification – preferred (not mandatory)·         Valid Florida Driver’s LicenseKey Personnel Details·         Single role: Records and Information Management Specialist·         Reports to: Director of HR & Risk Management·         No multiple labor categories·         No separate Key Personnel requirement section (positionitself is the key role)
