Warehouse Associate

Job Description (Suwanee, Georgia): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for dependable individuals with forklift experience who are ready to work in a non-climate-controlled environment. The pay rate is $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.Essential Duties:• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse.• Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments.• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately for shipment.• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.• Assist with inventory control and material handling as needed.• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols.• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.Requirements/Skills:• Previous forklift operating experience required.• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds consistently.• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work each day.• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.• Must be interested in a temp-to-perm employment opportunity.Physical Requirements:• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse, including exposure to heat and varying weather conditions.• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and perform repetitive physical tasks.Equal Opportunity Statement:Flexicrew Technical Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer; employment with FTS is governed on the basis of merit, competence, and qualifications.
