Maintenance Lead
*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Lead to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities within our manufacturing facility. This pivotal role involves leading a team of technicians to ensure optimal operation, safety, and reliability of all plant equipment and systems. The Maintenance Lead will utilize their technical expertise to troubleshoot complex machinery, perform preventive maintenance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. *Responsibilities*
* Lead and supervise the maintenance team, assigning tasks and providing technical guidance to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
* Oversee the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, including electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC/R systems, and mechanical components.
* Schedule preventive maintenance, track work orders, and manage inventory.
* Conduct electrical diagnostics using tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters; read electrical schematics and blueprints for troubleshooting complex issues.
* Perform equipment inspections using precision measuring instruments and ensure adherence to safety standards, including high voltage protocols.
* Coordinate with engineering teams on equipment upgrades, modifications, or repairs involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and engineering troubleshooting.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations by maintaining a safe work environment; conduct safety audits related to electrical systems, welding ( welding if applicable), and other maintenance activities.
* Support operations by providing technical assistance on-site or remotely; communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
* Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and safety reports; analyze data for continuous improvement opportunities.
*Experience*
* Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing facility environment.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems including low voltage and high voltage troubleshooting; experience reading electrical blueprints and schematics.
* Hands-on expertise with HVAC/R systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding ( welding if applicable), and mechanical repairs.
* Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and inventory control.
* Demonstrated ability in equipment troubleshooting using precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and schematics analysis.
* Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automation systems in an industrial setting.
* Knowledge of industrial electrician practices including electrical diagnostics and electrical maintenance procedures.
* Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in English; ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
* Field service experience preferred; ability to analyze complex problems quickly and implement effective solutions.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $59,653.58 per year
