Strategic Account Manager – SoutheastLocation: Remote (Southeast U.S. – near a major airport preferred)Charlotte, NCRaleigh, NCMiami, FLNashville, TNOrlando, FLAtlanta, GAFull-TimeAbout the RoleOur client, a global leader in health and medical solutions, is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join their growing team. This role is critical in building and expanding relationships within Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), partnering with strategic sourcing leaders and C-suite clinical stakeholders.The primary objective is to identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes while driving contract negotiations and expanding product portfolio adoption across key accounts.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute strategies for business retention and profitable growth within assigned health systems and accountsProvide strategic direction to field sales teams to drive compliance, clinical value, and revenue growthPresent insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders with strong communication and storytelling skillsShare customer insights, forecasts, and innovative approaches to value-based contractingIdentify growth opportunities through data analysis, industry trends, and pipeline managementCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across commercial and clinical teamsCreate and implement strategic and operational plans using strong project management skillsWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree required7+ years of medical device sales experience (leadership experience preferred)3+ years of experience developing and executing sales strategy within IDNs or GPOsStrong project management, business, and financial acumenDeep understanding of healthcare economics, clinical outcomes, and supply chain dynamicsProven experience negotiating contracts and driving strategic growth initiativesCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary + sales incentiveComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision401(k) with employer matchPTO + paid holidaysAdditional wellness and support programsAdditional InformationOur client is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
