Join #TeamRacing!We are seeking a motivated and results driven operations specialist to support the coordination of international export shipments by Ocean and Air . This position assists with preparing shipping documents, tracking cargo, and communicating with customers and carriers to ensure smooth and timely delivery.Ideal Candidate:Someone with previous experience of at least 2 years in Ocean freight operations, a high school diploma or GED is required and some basic understanding of Incoterm and strong understanding of international geography.Someone with willingness to learn international shipphing procedures is appreciated.Key ContributionsAssist with booking ocean and air shipments with carriersPrepare and review basic shipping documents, including:Bills of Lading(Ocean and Air)Air Waybills/sea waybillsShipping InstructionsCommercial InvoicesPacking ListsFamiliar with FMC regulationsOCN BookingEnter shipment data into company systems accuratelyTrack shipments and provide status updates to customers on timely basisCommunicate with trucking companies, airlines, ocean carriers, warehouses, and overseas agentsHelp ensure shipments meet customs and regulatory requirementsFile and maintain shipment recordsAssist with quote preparation, ensuring timely and accurate responses aligned with customer requestAddress Customer service inquiries, billing discrepancies and operational issues promptlySupport senior staff with day-to-day logistics tasks.We embrace diversity, respect the living conditions of each person, and promote gender equality.
