Vice President – HR Governance & Workday Risk OversightWe are partnered with a global financial services organization is seeking a Vice President to join its People Operations and Governance function, focused on Workday leadership, HR operational risk, and People systems governance within a highly regulated environment.This is a highly visible opportunity to partner closely with senior leadership while overseeing HR systems strategy, operational controls, and risk management initiatives across a complex North America business.This role offers exposure to:Enterprise Workday ownership and optimizationHR operational risk and governance oversightPeople systems controls, security, and access managementHR data governance and audit readinessRegulatory and compliance interactionHR reporting, analytics, and executive-level insightsProcess improvement, automation, and systems integration initiativesCross-functional collaboration with Risk, Compliance, Audit, HR, and Technology teamsStrategic People Operations transformation initiativesThe team works closely with senior stakeholders across HR, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to strengthen governance frameworks, improve operational resilience, and enhance the effectiveness of People systems and controls.The ideal candidate will have:7+ years of Workday and HR systems experience within financial services or another regulated industryStrong understanding of HR governance, operational risk, controls, and data managementExperience managing Workday environments, including reporting, security, and process optimizationExposure to audit, compliance, and regulatory engagement related to HR systems and controlsStrong analytical and reporting capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly visible environmentAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; project management experience is a plusIf you are interested in learning more, please apply directly or email directly to
