Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager based in Boise, ID. The Construction Project Manager will oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution by coordinating between various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members. Responsibilities also include preparing schedules, managing resources, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and addressing any challenges that arise on-site to successfully deliver quality projects within timelines and budgets. Qualifications Strong expertise in Construction Project Management and general Project ManagementSkills in Budgeting and cost control for construction projectsExperience in Construction Management and Project CoordinationAbility to manage resources, timelines, and deliverables effectivelyKnowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance processesExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferredProficiency in construction management software is an added advantagePrevious experience managing commercial construction projects is a plus
