Find out more about our mission at www.opella.com.About The JobThe Product Portfolio Coordinator is responsible for coordinating cross-functional assessments and execution of new product launches, portfolio initiatives, and operational improvement projects. This role partners with manufacturing and business teams to evaluate feasibility, ensure system readiness, and drive successful product launches and initiatives that improve cost, supply reliability, and operational efficiency.Main ResponsibilitiesFacilitate manufacturing and supply assessments for new product launches and other growth initiatives, ensuring feasibility from a sourcing, cost, and timing perspective.Collaborate with manufacturing and business partners to provide structured feedback on project viability, supplier readiness, operational implications, and cost impacts.Ensure end-to-end system set up for product launches and changes to meet timelines.Ensure data accuracy and completion to support project deliverables and supply readiness.Coordinate assessment of strategic projects to optimize cost, improve supply reliability, enhance customer service, streamline processes, and unlock new sources of value.Support execution of supply-security, optimizations, and simplification initiatives to strengthen operational resilience and performance.About YouBachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field;minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.Technical and operational understanding of manufacturing, packaging, supply chain flows, and launch readiness requirements.Experience managing projects with a focus on planning, governance, and proactive risk management.
