Test Environment Lead

1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicants Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) Job Summary As a skilled Test Environment Lead, you will be responsible for planning, setup, and maintenance of test environments supporting various phases of the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams, ensuring reliable and compliant test environments that support high-quality software delivery. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to define environment requirements and coordinate provisioning for various testing phases like unit, integration, SIT, and UAT. Manage the setup and maintenance of test environments, including configuring software, databases, and network components, while ensuring regular refreshes with appropriate test data. Monitor the performance and availability of test environments and address issues as they arise to minimize disruptions. Maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, access controls, and configuration details to support governance and compliance. Act as the primary point of contact for environment-related inquiries and provide clear communication to stakeholders regarding status, risks, and issues.
