Your job is to ensure the accuracy and seamless organization of information across various platforms and spreadsheets. You will help maintain the flow of critical data that drives our business forward. What You’ll Do: Maintain Product Listings and Inventory Data: Keep product listings up-to-date and accurate in our internal systems and external platforms. Update Pricing and Inventory: Manage and automate data entry for pricing updates and stock levels. Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) Support: Track shipments, update listings, and manage reconciliation sheets to ensure all FBA data is correct and current. Process Purchase Orders: Assist with data entry related to PO creation, processing, and tracking in our ERP. Support Vendor Returns and RMAs: Maintain records for vendor returns, rejected products, and credits. Generate Reports: Prepare and update regular reports for inventory levels, sales, and product performance. Assist with Invoicing: Enter and reconcile sales data to support billing and invoicing processes. Data Accuracy: Regularly review and clean up spreadsheets to ensure all data is up-to-date and consistent. What We’re Looking For: Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in keeping everything accurate and organized. Efficient Worker: You know how to manage your time well and keep up with a steady flow of data without missing a beat. Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable working with spreadsheets, data entry tools, and inventory management software. Problem Solver: When something doesn’t look right, you dig into the data to find out why and fix it. Team Player: You communicate well with others and can coordinate with team members to ensure data flows smoothly. Experience & Skills: Experience in data entry, data management, or a similar role. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, etc.) is a plus. Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools. Basic understanding of inventory management systems (QuickBooks or similar) is preferred. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
