Administrator PositionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to support our Accounting and Finance team. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth purchasing and accounts payable processes.Our company specializes in advanced burn-in test technology for electronic components, including semiconductors, processors, and circuit boards. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a technology-driven environment while working closely with finance leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesScan, organize, and maintain electronic document records accuratelyUpload receipts and financial documentation into internal systemsVerify packing slips against received goods for accuracyReview invoices for completeness, accuracy, and complianceMatch invoices with purchase orders (POs) and vouchersPerform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detailProvide general administrative support to the accounting teamAssist in resolving discrepancies in invoices and documentationFollow established procedures for document management and recordkeepingSupport the Director of Accounting and Finance with daily tasksRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracyPrevious administrative or office support experienceAbility to review and verify financial documents with precisionExcellent organizational and time-management skillsPreferred SkillsFamiliarity with document scanning and electronic filing systemsBasic understanding of accounts payable processesStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to learn new systems and follow structured proceduresProfessionalism and discretion when handling sensitive informationJob Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
