Role Description This is a full-time, role located in Auora, Colorado for a Community Association Manager. The role includes overseeing day-to-day operations of assigned community associations, managing budgets, coordinating with board members, ensuring compliance with covenants and by-laws, and addressing homeowner requests. Responsibilities also include vendor management, supervising maintenance and repairs, organizing and attending board meetings, and facilitating effective communication between all stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of the community association. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneouslyProficiency in budget management, financial planning, and familiarity with community association governing documentsExcellent communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with homeowners, vendors, and board membersDemonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a dynamic work environmentProven experience in community association management or real estate is preferredKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and association management softwareAbility to work flexible hours, including attending evening meetings as required
