A PE-backed platform company in the construction and exterior services space 35+ years in business, rapidly growing through acquisition, and looking for our first dedicated recruiting hire to build the TA function from the ground up.This is a ground-floor opportunity for a bilingual (English/Spanish) recruiter who's ready to own something.Leading full-cycle recruiting across 4+ platform companies (and growing)Building direct sourcing pipelines especially for Project Managers, Superintendents, and Job LeadersReducing agency dependency and centralizing TA across the platformHelping implement BambooHR as our ATS and owning reporting to PE leadershipPartnering directly with the Director of HR and senior leadership on workforce planningBilingual English/Spanish this is a hard requirement~4–7+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience~ Experience filling operational and trades-adjacent roles (Project Managers, Estimators, Superintendents, Site Engineers)~ ATS proficiency (BambooHR a plus we'll train the right person)~ Data-driven mindset you'll be reporting metrics to PE stakeholders~
