Implementation Project Manager

Overview In this role you will manage client implementations across asset classes, coordinating with trading desks and technology teams to deliver on time and within budget. You’ll oversee the full project lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing support, ensuring client goals are understood and met. You’ll work with multiple internal groups to drive plans, maintain transparency, and build credible client relationships. This position offers meaningful impact by aligning client needs with FlexTrade’s trading platforms and services, supporting rapid growth and cross-functional collaboration. ResponsibilitiesManage the implementation of new or existing clients following standard operating proceduresProvide client timelines and ensure on-time delivery and budget adherenceCoordinate with internal teams to meet commitments during implementationDevelop detailed project plans and drive completion with client agreementServe as primary day-to-day point of contact across multiple internal groupsProduce engagement-specific documentation and ensure clear communicationLeverage domain expertise to build and maintain credible client relationshipsMonitor progress and report to senior management; keep stakeholders updatedUnderstand buy-side EMS workflows and conduct quarterly reviews with senior stakeholders Key requirements3-5 years of experience in Project/Product/Implementation ManagementExperience with front office trading account management and/or project managementStrong understanding of trading platforms on buy or sell sideKnowledge of equities, FX and/or FI trading workflowsAbility to manage day-to-day projects while keeping big-picture goals in viewProven track record of scoping engagements and gathering requirementsProven problem-solving skills with attention to detail and precisionAbility to work in fast-paced, collaborative environmentsstrong communication skillsrelationship-buildingcross-functional collaborationfront office trading platformsbuy-side EMS workflowsproject management
