Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (any concentration), or equivalent experience/combined education. Demonstrated experience in developing digital strategies, project schedules, and roadmapsJob DescriptionThe FBM Digital Capabilities Organization is seeking a motivated and experienced Manager (L5) to lead the Data Transformation team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, execution, and distribution of “data focused” Digital Transformation capabilities to the FBM Program. You will assist in developing FBM digital thread strategies, data models, metrics, and modernization roadmaps, integrating Data Transformation digital capability deployment with enterprise wide initiatives, such as 1LMX (incl. Digital Twin, AI, NextGen Classified Environments, etc.) You will lead and manage a team executing cross program digital modernization efforts requiring collaboration and coordination with Lockheed Martin Business Areas, Navy SSP, and/or co contractors. This role requires strong communication skills, with the ability to understand and relay complex concepts to a variety of audiences (end users to senior leadership) and lead/motivate cross-functional teams in accomplishing a common goal. This will include modernization as well as transformation efforts across the FBM Program lifecycle at all sites (SWFPAC, SWFLANT, ER, Denver, Valley Forge, Courtland, Titusville, and Sunnyvale). This role is best suited for individuals with Data/Digital Thread experience, leadership skills, and a strong desire to effectively to help bridge the FBM program from its "legacy of yesterday" to its future of "development and sustainment."Desired Skills Previous leadership experience, including mentoring/coaching to support the technical and professional development of others. Experience with LM Digital Twin, Space Digital Ecosystem, LAIC (Artificial Intelligence), and Space Common Engineering Databases. Experience with Lean Six Sigma and/or Continuous Improvement methodologies. Understanding of FBM Portfolio (Modernization and Sustainment Programs) and FBM Digital Program Architecture. Experience leading a team and/or others through change.
