Life Enrichment Assistant Part time

Crest View Senior Communities is a faith-based not for profit organization looking for positive and compassionate Life Enrichment Assistant to serve older adults. This position is currently Part time primarily working evenings and weekends.This person will participate in the development and implementation of the Therapeutic Recreation/Life Enrichment program and in the assessing of care planning and documentation on each resident.Job QualificationsPreferred to have a high school diploma, college education and/or job experience in life enrichment, therapeutic recreation/activities.Must have experience working with older adults in a senior campus setting.Must have a passion for working in the gerontology field of healthcare.Experience working and creating recreational programs is a plus.Must be able to do written documentation utilizing proper English grammar skills.Must work well with others as a team and be able to work flexible hours.
