We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse IV for our Specialized Units in Labor and Delivery located in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will provide expert nursing care to obstetric patients, ensuring safety, comfort, and positive outcomes for mothers and newborns.Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to high-risk and routine obstetric patients in a fast-paced environment.Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor fetal and maternal health continuously.Coordinate interdisciplinary team efforts to ensure seamless delivery, postpartum, and neonatal care.Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, postpartum care, and newborn care practices.Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to hospital policies, and ensure compliance with safety standards.Skills needed include strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
