Oversees multidisciplinary perioperative teams across inpatient, outpatient, and procedural areas, establishing standards for safety, efficiency, and operational excellence. Collaborates closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, medical staff, and Sutter Health system leaders to promote high-value surgical care, improve throughput, and support continuous improvement.
