Location: Dallas, TXWork Arrangement: Fully OnsiteSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PMEmployment Type: Permanent, Full-TimeCompensation: $75,000–$85,000 per yearExperience: 2+ years of litigation experienceLanguage: Bilingual English/Spanish requiredPosition OverviewOur client, a well-established plaintiff-side law firm in Dallas, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join its team.This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with strong litigation experience who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and wants to play an important role in supporting cases from initial intake through resolution. Experience in personal injury or medical malpractice is highly preferred, but not required.The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while meeting important deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive paralegal support throughout the litigation process Assist attorneys with preparing and responding to discovery Draft and prepare basic pleadings and other legal documents Maintain case files and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date Manage scheduling, calendaring, and important litigation deadlines Assist with case preparation from inception through resolution Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and other parties Conduct administrative and case-related tasks as needed Multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Qualifications2+ years of litigation paralegal experience Bilingual English/Spanish required Experience assisting with discovery, including preparation and responses Experience with scheduling, calendaring, and tracking deadlines Ability to draft simple pleadings and legal correspondence Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines High level of attention to detail Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team Must be comfortable working fully onsite in Dallas, TX Preferred QualificationsPersonal injury litigation experience Medical malpractice experience Plaintiff-side litigation experience What the Firm OffersCompetitive salary of $75,000–$85,000 Permanent, full-time position Consistent Monday–Friday schedule Professional but relaxed work environment Business casual dress code Individual office space Collaborative and team-oriented atmosphere Hiring ProcessQualified candidates can expect a multi-step interview process that may include:In-office skills/acuity assessment Meeting with members of the paralegal team Interview with an attorney Background check If you are an experienced Litigation Paralegal looking for an opportunity to grow your career with an established plaintiff-side law firm, we encourage you to apply!#Admin123
