Analytical Support Specialist

A company is looking for an Analytical Support Specialist to provide comprehensive analytical support to the billing team. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough reviews and analysis of all revenue product lines supported by the Financial Services Center Develop strategies to enhance billing functions and create approximately 100 invoices monthly for over sixty customers Monitor and report revenue by multiple budgets and respond to government customer inquiries regarding invoices and collections Required Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in billing, invoicing, and collections for Financial Services Center Experience using Access, Excel, SQL, and PowerBI for data acquisition and report generation Prior experience working with iFAMS is required B.S. in Computer Science or Information Management Ability to pass a Tier 2/Modest Background Investigation
