Responsibilities include preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete, assembling and dismantling formwork, operating heavy equipment as needed, and working with ready-mix concrete to complete various construction projects. The role may also include basic carpentry tasks to support concrete work. Attention to safety regulations and maintaining quality standards are essential aspects of the position. Qualifications Proficiency in formwork and flatwork applicationsExperience with heavy equipment operation relevant to concrete workKnowledge of ready-mix concrete handling and applicationBasic carpentry skills for supporting concrete-related tasksPhysical stamina and comfort working in outdoor environmentsCommitment to workplace safety standards and guidelinesPrevious experience in concrete construction is preferred
