The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise with Supplier contracts, renewals, and Ariba/Service now a plus. The candidate will have demonstrated knowledge in identifying key elements of supplier agreements and quickly update four systems with standard pieces of information. The candidate will have experience with supplier agreements, various ERP systems, and identification of key attributes of each contract. They have to be able to search for Meta data, researchResponsibilities: Research a variety of sources for valid contracts for softwareFind missing contracts, update target systems with contract and update meta-data fieldsUpload contracts into Ariba along with key meta data fields, as well as ADO and Service Now CMDBSecure key elements of each contract to upload to four sources of dataSecure documentation that assists in validating entitlementsProvide status reporting/progress metricsEstablish key targets and reach those goals/objectivesEstablish on-going process to ensure documentation stays current and is regularly auditedMust Have Skills: Bachelor Degree in Business; paralegal or JD is a plus.Minimum of 4-6 years of experience working in technology based strategic sourcing and IT supplier management.Proven abilities in technology, services procurement, and contracting.Expertise reviewing supplier contracts, researching key elements, gathering entitlements to software contracts, and prioritizing workExperience with softwares and ERPs such as PeopleSoft, Ariba, Azure DevOps (ADO), and ServiceNow SAM moduleAnalytical and technical skills to understand business practices and recommend automation opportunities.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; ability to confidently interact with all levels of leadership, including one-on-one interaction with CIO, CFO, and firm partners.Ability to manage and communicate on multiple priorities with a variety of stakeholders.Ability to manage and prioritize fluctuation of work levels to achieve results.A highly motivated self-starter with the ability to plan, create, and execute their own ideas.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
