Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Specialist located in Fort Mill, SC. The Production Specialist will be responsible for overseeing production tasks, including planning and management, ensuring quality control, and effectively communicating with team members to meet project deadlines. The role will also involve providing training to team members on production processes and ensuring a safe and efficient production environment. Qualifications Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to effectively oversee and coordinate manufacturing processes.Excellent Communication skills for clear interaction with team members, clients, and vendors.Ability to maintain Quality Control standards to ensure the end products meet high-quality specifications.Experience in Training team members on production processes, equipment use, and best practices.Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong ability to multitask.Problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.Familiarity with signage production and design processes is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in production management is advantageous.
