This role sits at the intersection of customer operations and sales, supporting critical day-to-day business functions while developing into a future contributor within our fast-growing international sales division.This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Town & Country, MO office.This is an ideal opportunity for a fast learner who is eager to take on responsibility and grow into a client-facing sales role over time.Growth PlanThis role is designed as a development track into international sales. Over time, the individual will gain deep knowledge of operations and transition into a more sales-focused role based on performance.RESPONSIBILITIESCustomer Operations & Order Management• Manage inbound web leads, customer requests, and web-based orders• Process and manage sales orders (SOs) and purchase orders (POs)• Coordinate with inventory manager, vendors, and fulfillment partners• Support shipping processes including UPS labels and claimsLogistics & Vendor Coordination• Liaise with shipping carriers to resolve issues• Assist in negotiating shipping rates• Coordinate freight and delivery logisticsInternational Sales Support & Growth• Support International Sales Manager with research and operations• Coordinate samples and international orders• Maintain CRM and track customer interactions• Identify new international leads and opportunities• Contribute to product ideas and market insights• Participate in occasional travel as neededREQUIREMENTSCore Requirements• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience• Strong organizational skills• Ability to learn quickly• Strong communication skills• Comfortable interacting with customersNice to Have• Experience with Salesforce, QuickBooks, or ecommerce platforms• Logistics or shipping experience • Customer service experience• Sales experience• Fluency in Spanish or ChineseBENEFITS• Full time• Health Insurance• Performance based bonus opportunity
