Job Description:Location: Columbus AFB - 14 FTW/MXContracting Organization: AFLCMC Mobility and Training Aircraft DirectoratePeriod of Performance: 24 June 2026 – 23 May 2027 (6-month option available)Clearance: Not RequiredPosition OverviewThe Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring timely site stand-up, proper staffing, and full operational readiness. This role ensures all personnel meet required experience levels and that all installation, training, and compliance requirements are executed in accordance with USAF standards and contractual obligations.Key Responsibilities:Provide overall leadership and management of CFT operations supporting ABOS installationEnsure timely site stand-up and operational readinessVerify all personnel possess required experience for assigned tasksOversee quality assurance and schedule performanceIdentify and assign a Site Lead during site stand-upEnsure the Site Lead designates a shift point of contact when not presentCommunicate directly with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) regarding:Interpretation of the PWSTechnical questions related to TCTO 1T-6A-876Site-specific operating proceduresWork closely with Site Leads to ensure all training, workbooks, and requirements are completedEnsure compliance with all technical directives, safety standards, and USAF proceduresMonitor concurrent aircraft modification operationsProvide oversight of personnel performance and adherence to scheduleTeam Leadership:Supervise personnel at a ratio of 1:15Provide direction and guidance to Site Leads and shift personnelEnsure clear communication between contractor team and Government stakeholdersIdentify risks, issues, and resource requirements and elevate as neededMaintain continuity of operations across shiftsQualificationsProven experience in aircraft maintenance leadership or supervisory rolesStrong knowledge of USAF maintenance operations, technical publications, and TCTO complianceExperience leading teams in a flightline or modification environmentAbility to manage operations in a high-tempo environmentStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsU.S. citizenship requiredJob Ident #: Apply NowCompany DetailsStrategic Technology Institute, Inc6000 Executive BlvdSuite 205Rockville , Maryland 20852 USAwww.sti-inc.com172 Open Jobs AvailableFollow Strategic Technology Institute, IncStrategic Technology Institute, Inc. was founded in 1985, and is headquartered in Rockville, MD.
