Backed by top-tier investors and trusted by a mix of publicly traded companies and high-growth startups, the company is building agentic AI workflows that turn messy documents into reliable structured data at scale.Role OverviewSeeking a full-time Senior Software Engineer to be an early member of the engineering team and take key AI agent initiatives from 0 to 1. This position is highly autonomous, fast-paced, and impact-oriented, with direct collaboration across Product, Design, and GTM. The role is in-person in San Francisco (5 days/week) and reports directly to a co-founder. Technical stack includes React, TypeScript, Rust, and Ruby, with work across leading foundation models (including coding agents and vision-language use cases).What You'll DoBuild a new AI agent from 0 to 1, partnering closely with Product and GTM to unlock automation opportunities for large enterprise customers.Create intuitive, high-quality user interfaces in collaboration with Design to make AI accessible for non-technical end users.Design, architect, and implement scalable infrastructure to support dynamic enterprise datasets and deliver reliable AI applications end-to-end.Who You Are3+ years of relevant full-stack software engineering experience.Comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment; able to wear multiple hats and drive outcomes.Self-driven, fast learner with strong ownership mindset for executing open-ended projects end-to-end.
