Job DescriptionOverview: We are seeking an experienced Oil & Gas Attorney to join a growing and well-capitalized practice with a strong presence in the energy sector. Our attorneys handle high-stakes energy disputes while working within a strong, reputable team.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and certify oil & gas title opinions (drilling, division order, and acquisition)Conduct complex title analysis, including mineral ownership, leasehold interests, and curative requirementsAdvise clients on regulatory compliance, leasing, and operational riskSupport transactional matters, including acquisitions, divestitures, and due diligenceCollaborate with landmen, in-house counsel, and business stakeholders on active projectsManage a consistent workflow of title and advisory matters with efficiency and precisionQualifications:J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license in Texas3+ years of oil & gas experience - litigation highly preferred but not requiredStrong understanding of mineral title, leasing structures, and curative processesAbility to manage high-volume workflows without sacrificing accuracyExcellent written and analytical skillsCompensation & Benefits: Salary is market-competitive with significant performance-based upside.
