POSITION SUMMARYResponsible for overall program management and the primary POC for the client and corporate personnel. In addition to providing project and personnel oversight and ensuring compliance with contract requirements, the Program Manager oversees and manages security operations centers (SOCs).PAY TRANSPARENCY/COMPENSATION$120,000 ANNUALLYRESPONSIBILITIESEnsure employees perform all duties and requirements of the contract to include: quality of services and supplies, timeliness of all deliverables, control costs, compliance with all government reporting requirements, quality control, and management of key personnel.Supervise all individuals working under this contractManage the operational schedule to ensure that all posts have coverage per the contract.Be available to ensure prompt response in the event of an emergency or exigent circumstanceHave overall responsibility for implementing, monitoring, and upgrading the program quality control plan and is responsible for ensuring the work force complies with program requirementsServe as the focal point for the client for all program activities and be responsible for overall quality and standards conformance in accordance with the SOWEnsure all equipment and property is tracked and accounted for, and otherwise safeguardedEnsure that all employees are in compliance with all contract and state requirementsDevelop and update local SOPs as requiredAbility to plan projects, meet objectives, develop contingencies, and manage resources within budgetConduct Corporate Program Management ReviewsOther duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONSUS Citizen with current active, Top Secret SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph requiredBachelor's degree or substantial and verifiable law enforcement, military or business management experience serving as a Security Operations ManagerDemonstrated experience in project managementEffective oral and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple prioritiesProblem solving skills with an analytical thought processAbility to manage highly sensitive information in a changing environmentExcellent computer skills (MS Office Suite) requiredBENEFITSConstellis offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflect its commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
