Cost Optimization Program Manager

Overview In this role you lead cost optimization and integrated program management across large-scale, multi-site operations. You will shape strategies for cloud spend, license costs, and automation to unlock significant savings while managing end-to-end transformation programs. You collaborate with engineering, compliance, InfoSec, HR, and facilities to rollout platforms, migrations, and operational transitions. You will drive data governance, FinOps, and Six Sigma-enabled improvements to enable scalable, technology-driven performance. This is a strategic, impact-focused opportunity to steer multi-domain transformations that align with the company’s growth and operational efficiency goals. ResponsibilitiesLead Cost Optimization Programs: design and implement strategies to reduce cloud spend, license costs, and automate processes for financial savingsIntegrated Program Management: manage end-to-end delivery of transformation projects, including intake, root cause analysis, implementation, and validationData Governance & Modernization: oversee data quality remediation, data pipeline analysis, and regulatory compliance across enterprise platformsCloud FinOps & Technology Enablement: drive cloud financial operations, data center optimization, and AI/ML-based impact projectsOperational Transformation: redesign and optimize workflows through Six Sigma initiativesStakeholder Management: coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver tech rollouts, migrations, and transitionsKPI & Contract Governance: establish KPIs, ensure contractual adherence, and manage risk for large portfoliosCapacity & Workforce Planning: lead global capacity planning, productivity management, and workforce optimization Key requirementsPMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean, Agile & Scrum (preferred)15+ years in program management, operations, and cost optimization within technology domainsData governance, cloud program governance, analytics enablement, contract and finance management, transitions management, workforce managementDomain expertise in Trust & Safety, Banking & Financial Services, DevOps, Content Moderation, Ad Sales, Product Testing, ITIL supportStrong leadership with experience managing large, multi-site teams and delivering transformation projects with measurable impactStrong analytical thinkingCreative problem solvingExcellent communication and stakeholder managementData governanceCloud program governanceAnalytics enablement
