As a Design-Build Project Manager for our Innovative Pursuits Team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of one of the Mountain West region's leading Design-Build teams. We are teamed with local and national contractors, and together we provide our clients with innovative solutions. Our goal is to provide value-added designs as demonstrated by our project win/lose ratio.Responsibilities, Expectations, and Duties:Lead cross-discipline engineering teams for Transportation (freeways, interstate highways, interchanges, urban and rural highways, and shared use facilities) DB and/or PDB pursuits and projectsPrimary contact for construction client and owner agency coordination.Lead stakeholder management and subconsultant coordination.Responsible for pursuit and project engineering scope, schedule, and budget performance.Work effectively as a team leader in a group environment and maintain positive relationships with team members and clientsAbility and commitment to be assigned to local and Rocky Mountain Region wide projects.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients, staff, and managementProven history of meeting project budgets and deadlinesQualifications, Skills, and Competencies:Current PE license, preferred state(s): UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO, NM, WA15+ years of experience in highway infrastructure design10+ years of design and/or project manager experience5+ years of DOT DB or PDB experienceMust be able to work effectively as a team leader in a group environment and maintain positive relationships with team members and clientsOutstanding client and personnel skills and the ability to persuasively communicate at all levelsOrganized and detail-orientedBenefitsMedical, dental, vision, life, and disability insuranceGenerous paid time off401(k): 50% match of contribution up to 6%Professional development opportunities including in-house trainingPaid professional organization membership and professional licensureFor more information, visit our website at www.horrocks.com.Equal Opportunity Employer including disability and protected veteran statusJ-18808-Ljbffr
