SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Lead Consultant – Germany (Remote/Hybrid)Fluent German, Fluent English NeededWe are currently working with a fast-growing boutique consultancy in Germany, built by consultants from some of the top firms in the market. They've developed a very strong network and are experiencing significant project demand, creating the need for a senior SAC profile to take a leading role.This is not a standard delivery role but it's an opportunity to actively shape a growing analytics offering within a business that combines start-up agility with an established consulting backbone.The RoleYou'll operate as a key SAC expert within SAP projects, primarily working with mid-sized manufacturing clients (discrete manufacturing focus). The role covers the full lifecycle, from analysis through to delivery and go-live, with a strong emphasis on advisory and solution design.Alongside project work, you'll play a central role in building and evolving the company's data-driven consulting capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end involvement in SAP SAC projects: analysis, process and organisational consulting, solution design, customising, and go-liveLeading and facilitating workshops with clients and partners (preparation, execution, follow-up)Contributing to the development of internal solutions and the broader analytics offeringTaking ownership of workstreams or sub-projects within digitalisation and automation initiativesSupporting the growth of a new and expanding business unit with real input into direction and approachYour ProfileStrong experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), with the ability to operate at a senior/lead levelExperience working with SAP S/4HANA environmentsBackground in consulting, ideally with exposure to manufacturing clientsStrong analytical thinking, creativity, and confident communication/presentation skillsFamiliarity with delivery methodologies (e.g. SAP Activate, Waterfall)Fluent German and EnglishWillingness to travel within Germany (typically 2–3 days per week, depending on project)Why This RoleStart-up environment with real influence on the direction of the businessOpportunity to build and shape a data-driven consulting offering, not just deliver tasksStrong project pipeline with immediate impact from day oneHigh level of autonomy, ownership, and room for ideasLocationGermany-wide (home office based).
