In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and reviewing civil engineering projects related to road and transportation infrastructure. Key tasks will include stormwater management design, supervising site inspections, preparing project specifications, and ensuring compliance with all relevant engineering standards and codes. You will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and support various infrastructure improvement and maintenance projects to enhance the county's transportation systems.QualificationsProficiency in Civil Engineering Design and knowledge of Civil Engineering principlesCompetency in Planning and execution of road and infrastructure projectsExperience with Stormwater Management systems and techniquesFamiliarity with industry standards and best practices for Civil EngineersBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldProfessional Engineer (PE) license Strong project management and organizational skillsProficiency with engineering software and toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholdersExperience with local, state, or federal civil engineering projects is a plus
