Job DetailsDescriptionSet Pay Rate: 29.56 USD per hour ($3,000.00 Sign-on Bonus)SHIFT: 7:30am-4:00pm Job Summary:Responsible for diagnosing and resolving HVAC issues. Position requires strong interpersonal skills and compassion and respect for persons with disabilitiesEssential Functions:Diagnose and resolve plumbing related issues. General knowledge and back up of Plumbing skillsRespond to emergency service calls promptly. Read blueprint, building plans and schematics as required. Use a variety of power tools hand tools and measuring devices/meters to perform job function. Perform preventive maintenance on various types plumbing equipment. Read and comply with work orders concerning service, modification, or installation of equipment. Monitor, identify and respond promptly to malfunctioning of equipment. Ensures contract performance in accordance with the direction and policies of Chimes DCPerforms quality work in accordance with safety procedures. Comply with priorities for the flow of workUse technology for the completion of specified job dutiesUse and care for equipment properly following all safety requirementsAttend work regularly according to assigned work scheduleWear ID badge(s) at all times while performing work under this contract.
