In this role, you will manage established rep relationships across a defined account base, grow product awareness through presentations and training, and support technical sales activity tied to air handling and related HVAC products. Our client is looking for someone with technical sales experience with engineered products or equipment, with a basic understanding of thermodynamics, comfort interpreting blueprints and specs, and the ability to support product selections, bid activity, and customer-facing technical conversations. To be successful in the role, you must communicate clearly, stay organized, and be comfortable presenting to groups and building relationships in person. This is a great opportunity to step into an established territory with uncapped commission, monthly bonus potential, and a growing product line.Territory Sales Manager, Commercial HVAC OEM (Mechanical Equipment, Pumps, Boilers) Responsibilities• Manage 12-16 assigned accounts across a defined territory• Build relationships with reps, engineers, contractors, OEM partners and distributors• Conduct product trainings, lunch-and-learns, and client seminars• Make regular in-person sales calls to support territory goals• Provide technical guidance and support on product selection and application questions• Prepare unit selections and organize bid support documents• Review specs, drawings, and project requirements with customers• Track activity and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports• Help strengthen brand awareness across the territory• Identify account gaps and support rep coverage as needed• Drive revenue growth through consultative, solution-based sellingTerritory Sales Manager, Commercial HVAC OEM (Mechanical Equipment, Pumps, Boilers) Qualifications• 2+ years of technical sales experience in an engineered-product industry required• Ability to read blueprints, specs and technical drawings required• Mechanical aptitude and ability to discuss product applications required• Willingness/ability to travel 50% is required
