Architect and build agentic systems on the Claude platform, including multi-agent orchestration, Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, and retrieval pipelines. Partner with client stakeholders to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant. Design end-to-end AI/ML solution architectures, from requirements through deployment, with clear trade-off documentation. Build and productionize agentic workflows using Claude, MCP servers, and frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or Strands. Establish patterns and guardrails for AI coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor AI to raise engineering velocity and quality.What You'll Need 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong foundation in Python and modern software design practices. 3+ years in applied AI, with hands-on experience with LLM platforms (Claude preferred) and AI development tools. Demonstrated experience building AI applications, including prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, or MCP/tool-calling integrations. Cloud architecture experience on at least one major platform (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure), including compute, storage, networking, and IAM fundamentals. Proven ability to design and document solution architectures and communicate technical trade-offs to both engineers and business stakeholders.
